Spa Day At Four Seasons Atlanta

Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta > Spa relaxation room > The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta reflects the ultimate in luxury and serenity.

I've had a busy past couple of weeks. To say that I need a body double would be a gross understatement! I am so thrilled that I had the foresight two Sundays ago to take advantage of a massage at Four Seasons Atlanta.

Spa At Four Seasons invited me over to try their ImmuniTea massage and take a tour of their spa facilities. There aren't enough words that express how relaxing the massage was.  After sipping on a tea in the spa waiting room, I was ushered to the Wisteria room for a 50 minute treatment.  It included an exfoliating scrub on my back and the right amount of pressure from the masseuse's magic hands put me right to sleep.  And I can't do this every week because? I must build these treatments into my empire's budget! If you're in Atlanta, the massage will be offered, by popular demand, until the end of August.

After the massage, I treated myself to Chicken and Waffles at Park 75. I felt like Eloise!

When did you last treat yourself to the spa? What's your favorite treatment?

Disclosure: I received the service mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. My first and only spa experience was last Jan in Japan. I went huge bath house called Spa World and I was spoiled out of this world. $10 for 24 hour acess to endless pools, steam rooms, saunas. It was hypnotic. I treated myself to an hour massage while there. It was amazing!

  2. The last one? For some reason, I can't remember. Maybe last year for my birthday trip to The Ritz on Oconee. Lucky for me, my wonderful hubby bought me a gift certificate to Spa Sydell that I plan on using soon! By the way, this FS massage sounds awesome! I just might have to check it out myself.

  3. It's been almost a year I think. My staff treated me to Spa Sydell as a wedding gift.

  5. I had the pleasure of a spa treatment while on the Tom Joyner cruise in May. Massage, scalp massage and foot massage. It was heaven.

    Need a massage now.

  6. I was so lucky to be at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation Spa just yesterday. Recently the spa won an additional award as 4th top spa in the US by Conde Nast Traveler. My Lazy Day Summer Massage with a hand and foot was so decadent. I was not aware that I could attain such a tranquil relaxed mode. Tranquility at its best! I did not want to leave. To be indulged in such a magnificent setting is amaazing!

  7. My last massage was at the Ritz Carlton- Montego Bay this February. I had a great experience for my massage and steam room. I'm going to a local spot in my hometown, getting a facial, massage and pedicure on the 2nd- I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! . I purchased the facial and massage on Groupon.com. It gives great deals on everything including spas, restaurants, cultural events, gourmet foods, etc. I've purchased lots of things from there and plan to purchase more.

Anyway, i know I went on a tangent but I couldn't resist telling other ladies about great deals. Hope that's okay TBS!!! :) - CLM in Jersey
