My dear friend Kate just swung by just a few moments ago and I was admiring her patent/suede shoes...I should have known why I loved them so much! For she revealed they are Ferragamos!
Ever a TBS, Kate bought the shoes in 2006 and has had them re-soled once (she used to work in a musuem, you know and was always on her feet)...such a TBS move! Love them and her! Her ensemble of a Merino wool turtleneck, tweed skirt, tights and, of course, the shoes were FAB!
Everyone should have an investment shoe (you know...the ones that you normally wouldn't buy but saved/planned for because they cost a pretty penny) in their collection.
