Hello, Lovelies!Yesterday, I decided that I'd throw together a spread for brunch for Mr TBS and me to enjoy as we watched the Inauguration coverage. Well, one thing lead to another and, before I knew it, we had a few friends dropping by. I should get an award to celebrate how quickly I organized a menu and whipped together a meal.
Here's my menu:
Shrimp and grits
Spinach and gourmet mushroom (portobella, chanterelles) frittata
Buttermilk Biscuits
Cheese Danish
Mixed Berries Salad
Coffee
Mimosas
Bloody Marys
The total for the entire meal was $28 (some items were already in my fridge, bar or pantry).

ReplyDeleteNice spread!! It's even better when you can get it from the pantry, fridge or bar and not have to go out in this cold weather!! What did I do, work. I watched it online. Got nothing done.
