Alicia is proud to share that she celebrated New Year's Eve in style whilst visiting her friend in New York. She found an adorable dress for less than $50 and wore shoes that she already had (Go girl! Such The Broke Socialite move!). A sleeved black number with just the right amount of ruching, she looked so fab.
