Break out the candles and start praying for me.
Every size 11 pair of boot this side of the Mason-Dixon have obviously purchased by others in the sisterhood of the Sasquatchean.
We've only 4 more days but I'm holding on until the very.last.minute for these black suede Donald J Pliner boots (retail price is $430). Brand spanking new. The bid is currently resting at $45.
I've gotta have 'em.
Amen.
Has anyone else had a hard time finding the perfect boots this season?
Yep, I have. You're a tall girl so you understand the importance of a tall shaft boot. I've been looking for a fabulous knee high or above the knee suede. All of the ones that I love are $250+. I saw a pair in Belk that I love but I couldn't bring myself to spend that much. I guess that's a sign of maturity on my part. Back in the day I would have grabbed them and thought nothing of it.
ReplyDelete@Erica B.:if I don't find some soon, it's going to be too warm for them. I suppose I could get some of those sandal/flip-flop boots. LOL! Yeah. No.
ReplyDeleteMy big legged self hasn't had a pair of knee highs since high school. Lane Bryant had a pair I was eyeing but I don't wear wide width shoes. I have narrow feet. Plus I'm fass, and I want at least a 3.5 inch heel.
ReplyDeleteThose are gorgeous. I have no patience for EBAY but if you can score those? Definitely do.
ReplyDeleteI need an Ebay tutorial.LOL
@1969 - be careful what you ask for...a tutorial is in the works for the first of next year :-) It'll be a webinar! Yay!
ReplyDeleteI stand in solidarity with you as a size 11.5 AA. It's challenging to find shoes/boots that aren't full price. Good luck with the auction and sign me up for the tutorial please!
ReplyDeleteAll,
ReplyDeleteI did not win the boots...wonk, wonk, wonk, wonnnnkkkkk.
My budget was $100 and the winning bid was $140-ish. Back to the drawing board.
